1. Customers must provide a valid delivery address at the time of ordering. Free delivery service is available for purchases of HK$400 (after discount) or above to areas including the New Territories, Kowloon, and Hong Kong Island.
2. For purchases under HK$400 (after discount), a delivery fee of HK$80 will be charged for the New Territories, Kowloon, and Hong Island areas. No delivery service is provided for outlying islands, including Discovery Bay and Ma Wan.
3. Delivery will be arranged within 3 days after order confirmation. If you need to change or cancel an order, you must notify the company 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Any change requests within 48 hours of the delivery date will not be accepted.
4. If inclement weather such as a rainstorm warning or a typhoon signal No. 8 or above is in effect on the scheduled delivery date, the delivery service will be suspended. The company will contact the customer to reschedule, and customers can also check the arrangements for adverse weather conditions through the customer hotline.
5. In the event of stock shortages that may affect the delivery, the company will notify the customer by phone or email before the scheduled delivery.
